Terms for using the SkilledMotion website.
These Terms of Use govern access to skilledmotion.ai, which is operated by SkilledMotion, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is informational.
The site describes SkilledMotion's mission, current operating model, and possible future directions. Site content is not a binding offer, proposal, warranty, engineering, safety, legal, or other professional advice, investment solicitation, promise of availability, or commitment to enter a transaction. No account, purchase, payment, or services contract is formed through the site.
Separate written agreements control actual work.
Any pilot, program, services engagement, data use, site access, employment, contractor relationship, confidentiality obligation, or other commercial relationship requires an authorized written agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement governing that relationship, the signed agreement controls for that subject.
Permitted use.
You may access and use the site for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not interfere with site operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent an affiliation, violate another person's rights, or use automated access in a way that disregards robots.txt, circumvents controls, or imposes an unreasonable load.
Intellectual property.
The site, its design, text, graphics, marks, images, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to SkilledMotion, Inc. and are protected by applicable law. SkilledMotion grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view the site for the permitted purposes above. No other license or right is granted by implication.
Do not send confidential information through the public site.
The inquiry form transmits the information you submit to SkilledMotion by email. Do not place trade secrets, personal data about others, credentials, export-controlled information, financial information, health information, or other sensitive material into the form or another public website channel. Information exchanged under a signed nondisclosure or services agreement is governed by that agreement.
Third-party services and links.
The site relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party websites or services. SkilledMotion does not control third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or terms, and a link does not by itself constitute an endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
Site availability and changes.
SkilledMotion may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site and may correct or update content without notice. SkilledMotion does not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or free of errors.
Disclaimers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkilledMotion, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or another liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Applicable law, severability, and no waiver.
These Terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to SkilledMotion, Inc. and your use of the site, including any mandatory rights that cannot be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Changes to these Terms.
SkilledMotion may update these Terms as the site or company changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. An updated version applies to use on or after its effective date to the extent permitted by law.
