Privacy should be specific to the system that exists.
This Privacy Policy explains how SkilledMotion, Inc., a Delaware corporation, handles information in connection with skilledmotion.ai. It covers this public website, not data governed by a separate program, pilot, employment, vendor, nondisclosure, or services agreement.
Information you choose to provide.
If you submit the inquiry form or communicate with SkilledMotion, we receive the information you provide. The form asks for your name, company or organization, email, an optional phone number, whether you represent a trade company, technology team, or skilled practitioner, and a short description of the work. Please do not send sensitive personal information, confidential trade information, credentials, financial information, or regulated data through a public website channel.
What happens when you send an inquiry.
After the security check succeeds, the form saves a limited business inquiry record in SkilledMotion's Cloudflare-hosted database and sends the information to SkilledMotion so Matt can review and respond. It also sends one operational confirmation to the email address you provide. A submission does not create an account or subscribe you to newsletters or marketing emails. The inquiry and related correspondence may remain in SkilledMotion's database and business email systems for follow-up and recordkeeping.
Technical information used to deliver the site.
When you visit, hosting and network providers may process technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, referring page, timestamps, response status, routing data, and security or diagnostic signals. SkilledMotion uses Cloudflare to host, deliver, secure, and observe the site, verify form submissions with Turnstile, and deliver transactional email. The site also requests Archivo and IBM Plex Mono font files from Google Fonts, so Google receives ordinary request metadata needed to return those files.
How information is used.
Information is used to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the site; prevent abuse; understand aggregate performance; comply with law; and respond to communications that SkilledMotion actually receives. SkilledMotion does not currently use the site for behavioral advertising, automated decision-making, accounts, purchases, or payments.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics.
SkilledMotion asks before loading optional analytics. If you choose Allow analytics, the site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, pages, devices, approximate geography, referrals, site performance, and a non-identifying conversion event when an inquiry succeeds. That event contains the selected inquiry path and confirmation-delivery status, not the name, company, email, phone number, or message entered in the form. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session insights from interactions such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and layout behavior. SkilledMotion stores your analytics choice in your browser. If you choose Only necessary, those analytics scripts and conversion events do not load. Essential provider mechanisms may still be used for security, routing, and service delivery. SkilledMotion does not use these tools for advertising or enable Google advertising signals.
Session insights, masking, and your choices.
Microsoft Clarity can reconstruct how a visitor moved through the public pages so SkilledMotion can identify confusing layouts and broken interactions. SkilledMotion configures the inquiry form for content masking and does not intentionally send the values typed into it to Clarity. You can decline analytics when first asked or reopen Privacy choices in the site footer at any time. Moving from Allow analytics to Only necessary clears the site's saved analytics permission and asks the providers to deny analytics storage; the page reloads to stop the optional scripts. Browser privacy controls may provide additional choices.
Service providers and disclosures.
Cloudflare processes information to provide hosting, inquiry-record storage, security, Turnstile verification, network delivery, diagnostics, and transactional email. Google provides fonts, Google Workspace receives inquiry email sent to SkilledMotion, and—only after permission—Google Analytics processes website measurement data and the non-identifying inquiry-conversion event. Microsoft provides Clarity heatmaps and session insights only after permission. Provider handling is governed by each provider's terms and privacy notices. SkilledMotion may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or to professional advisers and service providers that need it for an authorized business purpose. SkilledMotion does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security.
SkilledMotion retains information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, security and operational needs, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Provider-controlled network and aggregate data follows the provider's terms and settings. SkilledMotion uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. SkilledMotion may take reasonable steps to verify a request and may retain information where an exception applies. Send a privacy request to the contact listed below.
Children's privacy.
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. SkilledMotion does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided information through another channel, contact SkilledMotion so the situation can be reviewed.
International processing and policy changes.
The site and its providers may process technical information in the United States and other countries where they operate. SkilledMotion may update this Policy as the site, company, providers, or law changes. A material change will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, a prominent notice on the site.
